I’m 21 years old and live in the Evergreen State :) After years and years of struggling with self-image, self-hating and virtually no self-esteem, I’ve decided to take control of my life once and for all and get my body and life under control the way I like it. This blog is my way of holding myself to my plan, to make me stick to it and not give up, as I have every other time I’ve tried to reinvent myself.
